3,562 passengers now stranded at ports due to ‘Ompong’

The number of passengers stranded at various ports due to Typhoon Ompong has reached a total of 3,562 on Thursday. The passengers were stranded at ports in the National Capital Region (NCR), the Bicol region, Eastern and Southern Visayas, and in Southern Tagalog.
