2 soldiers hurt in Quezon clash

LUCENA CITY -- Two Army soldiers were wounded in an encounter with suspected New People s Army (NPA) rebels in Macalelon town in Quezon province Friday, police said. A report from the Quezon police identified the victims as Privates Arnold Generalao and Ralph Emerald Magtibay of the Army s 85th Infantry Battalion.
