Typhoon approaching PH unlikely to hit land — Pagasa

A new typhoon continued to move toward the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Wednesday but forecast models show it was not likely to make landfall. Typhoon Yutu (international name) was last spotted 2,555 kilometers east of the Visayas, moving west-northwest at 20 kph, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
