Legendary composer Ennio Morricone denies calling Quentin Tarantino ‘cretin’ who made ‘trash’ films

The nonagenarian and legendary Italian composer Ennio Morricone recently took to his official Facebook account and website to deny that he called famed director Quentin Tarantino a cretin who made trash movies. The defense came after Playboy Germany published an interview with Morricone who allegedly used the word cretin to describe Tarantino. Morricone was also alleged to have called Tarantino s movies as trash, according to Variety magazine on Nov. 12, adding that he only steals from others and should not be called a director.
