‘Bagahe’ wins in France

Zig Dulay s Bagahe won the Golden Cyclo award at the recent Vesoul International Film Festival of Asian Cinema in France. Bagahe focuses on a former OFW (overseas Filipino worker), who is being investigated for abandoning a newly born child in the trash bin of an airline toilet.
