NBI files plunder charges vs Singson, 20 others in right-of-way anomaly

The National Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday filed a plunder complaint against former Public Works Secretary Rogelio Singson and 20 others in the Office of the Ombudsman for their alleged involvement in the P255-million road right-of-way anomaly in General Santos City. The NBI said Singson was charged because he wrote the letter, dated Dec. 23, 2013, requesting the Department of Budget and Management to release the funds for the payment of the outstanding claims of nine claimants in General Santo
