Palace: Decline in crime victims a morale booster for law enforcers

The decline in the number of families victimized by common crimes is a big boost to the morale of law enforces, Malacaang said on Thursday. Crimes continue to decline, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said in a statement.
