MIAA: Xiamen Air to pay damages resulting from NAIA runway closure

(Eagle News) Xiamen Airlines will pay the Manila International Airport Authority the amount representing damages resulting from the closure of a Ninoy Aquino International Airport runway last week after one of its planes overshot the runway.
