At least 25 dead due to Typhoon “Ompong”

(Eagle News) At least 25 people have been reported dead following the onslaught of Typhoon Ompong in the country. Presidential Political Adviser Francis Tolentino said in a radio interview on Sunday, Sept. 16, that  of the fatalities, 20 were from the Cordillera Administrative Region, four from Nueva Vizcaya, and one from the Ilocos Region.
