THE Bureau of Customs-Port of Clark (BoC-Clark) has foiled an attempt by a suspected drug syndicate to bring into the country some P7 million worth of prohibited substances. The discovery also led to the arrest of the drug claimant, a resident of Cebu City but his identity was withheld pending results of an ongoing investigation. [ ]
