(Eagle News) A 4.7-magnitude earthquake struck off Pangasinan on Thursday, Feb. 25. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 10:55 a.m. It had its epicenter 74 kilometers southwest of Agno. PHIVOLCS said the quake had a depth of four kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
