The Sandiganbayan has upheld its earlier decision dismissing the wealth forfeiture case against several alleged cronies of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos Sr. and his wife, former first lady Imelda Marcos, in connection with the supposed illegal acquisition of shares of a telecommunications company during Martial Law.
