Tropical Depression Wilma weakened into a low-pressure area (LPA)as it moved across the Bicol region, bringing rains over large parts of Luzon and the Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said yesterday.
